Biography
Ehren J. Frey is a founding partner of Zacharia Frey PLLC. He graduated at the top of his class from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review.
Over the past decade Ehren has planned estates across the full range of Florida families. For a modest estate, that means a plan built to keep the family out of probate and out of conflict. For a family facing long-term care, it means protecting a spouse and preserving Medicaid eligibility. For a large estate, it means federal estate tax, lifetime gifting, and trust design. He brings the same care to each.
Ehren is a frequent speaker at seminars, community programs, and professional events throughout Southwest Florida, where he explains wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and long-term care planning in plain terms.
His practice combines technical legal precision with a strong grounding in the financial and tax considerations that drive every estate plan, from beneficiary designations and retirement accounts to integrated family wealth strategies.
